1. Definitions

“Company”
Blue Dot Autos, Oklahoma City, OK.
“Carrier”
Licensed transport company contracted to move the vehicle.
“Customer”
Individual or entity requesting vehicle shipping.
“Vehicle”
The automobile identified on the signed order and Bill of Lading.

  1. 2. Scope of Service

    Blue Dot Autos arranges enclosed vehicle transportation through licensed and insured carriers. The Company is not the carrier of record.

  2. 3. Scheduling

    Pickup and delivery dates are estimates. Delays due to weather, traffic, or regulatory factors do not constitute breach of agreement.

  3. 4. Insurance

    Vehicles are insured by the carrier while in transit up to the declared value. Coverage excludes pre-existing damage or items not part of the vehicle.

  4. 5. Vehicle Condition

    The Customer must disclose any inoperable condition or clearance concerns before pickup. Non-disclosure may result in additional handling fees.

  5. 6. Payment

    Payment is due directly to the carrier at delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  6. 7. Cancellations

    Orders cancelled before driver assignment are fully refundable. Once dispatched, up to 20% of total transport cost may be retained.

  7. 8. Liability

    Blue Dot Autos acts solely as a broker and assumes no liability for loss or damage during transport beyond the carrier’s insurance limits.

  8. 9. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Venue shall be Oklahoma City County, SC.
